Video Husky LLC (referred to as “Video Husky”) reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement, and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at any time at its sole discretion.

You (referred to as “Customer”) accept our Terms of Service, detailed herein, upon clicking the checkbox in our checkout process (which is required to complete the form). You agree that you’ve reviewed and understand the content within our knowledge base outlining details on how our service works and our scope https://help.videohusky.com

Any changes or modification will be posted by Video Husky to www.videohusky.com/terms and become effective upon posting of the revisions on this document.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Services following Video Husky posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF ANY MODIFICATION, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Use – Your subscription and any addons will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period.  Video Husky works on one video at a time.  Turnaround times are not guaranteed, but a majority of our customers get a first draft within 1-3 business days.

Subscription Service Description – Your team will only be assigned once you have submitted your first Video Request and completed a customer onboarding session. Please do this as soon as possible to avoid any delays since your account will remain unassigned but active until your first Video Request is received. We will follow up but the onus is on you to submit the Video Request.

A Project Manager and Video Editor will be assigned to your account. They will be the team who will manage and work on your projects. To maximize efficiencies in the workflow and reduce any misunderstanding the team will work on your projects one at a time. Only once the current active project is tagged as “Completed” will the Video Editor start working on the next queued project.

Video Husky uses Adobe Premiere Pro as our editing software of choice. You will therefore need to provide any assets you wish the Video Editor to use to be compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro. If you require working files we can only provide Adobe Premiere Pro project files.

Video Husky’s production resources operate in the PHT (GMT+8) time zone with work hours being from 9:00-18:00. Your team will work on your projects during your plan’s allotted work schedule. Your team may not always be available to reply beyond working hours however they will respond as soon as possible.

Credit Bundle Service

1.1. Definition: Credit Bundles are prepaid video editing credits that can be redeemed for Video Husky’s video editing services through predetermined project packages or custom quotations.

1.2. Validity and Expiration:

  • Credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase
  • Unused credits automatically expire after the six-month validity period
  • Expired credits cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred to other services
  • The service start date cannot be postponed or adjusted

1.3. Credit Usage:

  • Credits can only be redeemed through the submission of a video request form
  • Each project package requires a specific number of credits as defined in Video Husky’s current pricing
  • Custom projects will be quoted in credits based on Video Husky’s standard credit breakdown table
  • Credits cannot be partially used or split between multiple accounts

Project Limitations

2.1. Service Delivery:

  • Video Husky editors works on one video project at a time, but mu
  • Turnaround times are estimated but not guaranteed
  • Projects must be submitted within the credit validity period
  • All projects must comply with Video Husky’s standard project requirements and limitations

2.2. Project Packages:

  • Project packages have predetermined specifications and limitations
  • Exceeding package limitations may require additional credits
  • Video Husky reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside package specifications

Refunds and Transfers

3.1. Refund Policy:

  • Credit bundle purchases are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds for unused credits are not available

3.2. Transfer Rights:

  • Credits may be transferred to another Credit Bundles customer
  • Credits cannot be converted to or transferred to other Video Husky services
  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to success@videohusky.com

Account Management

4.1. Credit Balance:

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their credit balance and expiration dates
  • Video Husky will maintain records of credit usage and expiration
  • Customers may purchase additional credit bundles at any time

4.2. Service Restrictions:

  • Video Husky’s Account Pause Policy does not apply to Credit Bundles
  • Credit bundle accounts cannot be converted to subscription accounts while active
  • Multiple credit bundles may be purchased and used consecutively

Modification and Updates

5.1. Video Husky reserves the right to:

  • Modify project package specifications
  • Adjust credit requirements for services
  • Update service offerings and limitations
  • Change credit bundle pricing

5.2. Any modifications will:

  • Not affect already purchased credits
  • Be communicated to customers in advance
  • Apply only to future credit bundle purchases

Termination

6.1. Video Husky may terminate or suspend credit bundle services if:

  • Customer violates any terms of the Agreement
  • Projects violate content guidelines or legal requirements
  • Account shows signs of abuse or unauthorized use

6.2. Upon termination:

  • Unused credits are forfeited
  • Active projects will be completed if paid for
  • No refunds will be issued except as required by law

Limitation of Liability

7.1. In addition to limitations in the main Agreement:

  • Video Husky is not liable for expired or unused credits
  • Credit bundle service interruptions or delays
  • Changes in service offerings or package specifications
  • Project outcomes within normal quality variations

Hours of Operation – Our team operates every Mondays to Fridays 9 pm to 6 pm PHT (GMT+8).

During the final week of the year, we take a company-wide break for Christmas and New Year. All clients receive advanced notice of the exact days and dates we take off as the break nears.

We also observe and don’t work on the following Philippine Public Holidays.

  • Labor Day – May 1
  • Independence Day – June 12
  • All Saints’ Day – November 1
  • All Souls’ Day – November 2
  • Maunday Thursday – The Thursday before Easter Sunday
  • Good Friday – The Friday before Easter Sunday

We work and don’t observe the following U.S. Holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day – The third Monday of January
  • President’s Day – The third Monday of February
  • Memorial Day – The last Monday of May
  • Juneteenth – June 19
  • Independence Day – July 4
  • Labor Day – The first Monday of September
  • Indigenous People’s Day – The second Monday of October
  • Veteran’s Day – November 11
  • Thanksgiving – The third Thursday of November

All public holidays and resource time off are already calculated in the rate of the packages.

Retainer – When signing up to Video Husky you are signing up for a retainer package that enables you to retain the same Project Manager and Video Editor resources on the account. The cost of the retainer is the total cost including the technology, tools, systems, and processes required by Video Husky to provide the service. The retainer is not based on days or hours and no billing adjustment or refund is due for resource time off.

Cancellation – You may cancel your retainer with Video Husky at any time before the end of the then-current subscription period.  To cancel your retainer please visit:https://www.videohusky.com/cancel

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Video Husky services and your files through the end of your paid billing term. Access to your account files requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will not have access to their files once their billing term has ended.

Money Back Guarantee – If the customer is using Video Husky for the first time they are entitled to a no-questions asked 14-day money back guarantee. This period begins with the allocation of your first brief to your assigned editor.  You can either fill out a cancel form or additionally request a refund by emailing success@videohusky.com.  Charges and refunds are dependent on the exchange rate between the US Dollar and your currency for the day. This applies to the first account of a new client only.

Payment and Refunds – Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods except as provided for in the Money Back Guarantee.  You further agree that, upon registering for the services through the Site, you authorize Video Husky to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). Your account and access to the services provided via the site may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant to Video Husky that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.  Video Husky may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days prior notice, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees.   You, the client are responsible to use Video Husky after payment.

Limitations and Abuse of Service – Video Husky is designed for the reasonable use of a single individual. We are not meant to replace a full-time video editor so use your common sense!  If we find that you are not in alignment with our model, sharing accounts/logins, violate our core values, or are abusing our services or team in any way, including using our services for illegal or adult/pornographic materials, we reserve the right to cancel your account.

Video Husky does not accept requests outside of its scope of services and therefore reserves the right to decline or cancel a project which has a running time longer than what their plan includes and falls under any of the following categories: wedding videos, full podcast episodes, projects with VFX, animations, special effects, motion graphics, and the like.

Ownership of Content. Customer maintains the ownership rights in any User Content that such Customer submits to the site and the finished product Video Husky produces. Should the client invoke the Money Back Clause the stock assets and any other stock library item remains in the ownership of Video Husky.

Grant of Limited Rights to Video Husky. By submitting a Task to Video Husky, the Customer gives us the rights to User Content to the extent necessary to complete the Task. Each Customer authorizes us to retain archival copies of all User Content that such Customer has submitted.

By default, you agree to provide Video Husky with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, website logo block, social media, email, or other communication efforts. If you would like to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing to success@videohusky.com.

Work and delivery output – While we can accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume depends on many factors, namely depending on the total request volume and complexity. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any priority items and your timelines but our suggestion is to not use our service for time sensitive requests.  Your right to use the Video Husky services shall terminate upon your breach of any term of this Agreement.

Limitation of liability – We will not be liable to you or any third party in any event for any loss (financially or otherwise) or any damages arising from or relating to this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site is at your own discretion and risk. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Video Husky UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.

Definitions

Business day – Video Husky operates in the Philippine time zone. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 6 pm GMT +8.

 Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). In the event materials are made available to this Site by third parties not within our control (ie: stock footage, creative commons license), we are under no obligation to, and do not, scan such content for the inclusion of illegal or impermissible content. However, we respect the copyright interests of others. It is our policy not to permit materials known by us to infringe another party’s copyright to remain on the Site. If you believe any materials on the Site infringe a copyright, you should provide us with written notice that at a minimum contains:

– A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

-Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

-Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

-Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;

-A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

– and A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
